1. Social Media Strategy

A Melbourne Social Co strategy includes:

A consultation with our team to discuss your business and the goals and objectives of your brands in detail.

Based on this consultation, Melbourne Social Co will prepare a three month social media strategic map that will cover:

Introduction 

The Social Media Landscape 

Overview of current social media landscape and current user data. Overview of industry specific social media landscape including key platforms, usage and activity.

Goals & Objectives 

Identifying overarching social media specific goals and objectives to inform social media output direction.

Target Market 

Broad analysis of up to 3 x key target audience profiles including key demographic information, interests, online habits and social media usage.

Market Review (Including learnings from Market Review) 

Reviewing x3 key competitors and their social media behaviour, type of content they upload, aesthetically how they are portrayed and their social media ads. Lastly, some key learnings from these competitors and what can be applied to the client’s channels.

Social Media Audit 

Analysis of current social media activity and key takeaways for improvement including, organic content on all platforms, Facebook and Instagram advertising, blogs and EDMs (as applicable).

Channel Selection 

Selection of key channels for social media campaign that support target audience analysis and goals and objectives.

Visual Aesthetic 

Outline of the brand social media look and feel, including keywords to describe this, moodboard that highlights content pillars. 

Written Identity 

Outline of tone of voice for social media output including keywords to describe this.

Content Recommendations 

Overview of the types of content to be posted on the chosen social media platforms including the breakdown of ‘branded’ and ‘shared’ content as applicable.

Content Pillars 

Outline of identified content pillars that will be shared throughout the social media campaign. This includes what the content pillars are, and a broad explanation of how this can be executed.

Influencer Marketing Recommendations 

Outline of suggested influencers to work with, including influencer tier, up to 4 examples of proposed influencers and up to 3 ideas on potential collaboration ideas.

Blog Post Recommendations 

Outline of up to 3 blog post topics to be executed inline with the social media strategy

Content & Campaign Planner 

Overview of content and campaign focus for each month. This will include a monthly objective and brand awareness / campaign concept that supports this monthly objective.

Weekly Social Media Plan 

Weekly planner of suggested days, times and post time based on when key target audiences are online.

Social Media Advertising Recommendations & Account Set-Up

Account set-up, a social media advertising strategy based on your overarching digital strategy and goals and objectives, on-boarding, allocation of resources, research and an advertising proposal with recommended budget.

Measurement and Social Media Reporting 

Outline of the key metrics of each social media channels  your in-house team will be analysing on a monthly basis to assess success of social media ad campaign.

The Social Media Strategy session would be undertaken by a Melbourne Social Co Brand Strategist and Account Manager for up to 2 hours.

2. Set-up and optimisation of Social Media Accounts

This includes the set-up and optimisation of your social media accounts based on the recommendations outlined in your social media strategy

3. Photoshoot

This is includes a once-off photoshoot to capture imagery for your business. A once-off shoot includes:

Consultation 

Consultation with client to gain feedback/approval on concepts/ moodboard 

Concept & Art Direction

Storyboarding and Art Direction for photography session based on client brief. Melbourne Social Co to prepare a moodboard for feedback/approval from the client. 

Propping

Melbourne Social Co to source and purchase/hire all props and perishables required for the photoshoot 

Talent 

Budget allocated to in-house talent on-site 

Photography 

A Melbourne Social Co photographer to shoot high resolution imagery to support 20 finished social media images 

Styling

A Melbourne Social Co stylist to assist on-site, styling each shot 

Editing

A Melbourne Social Co retoucher to edit 20 social media images to be supplied to the client for approval 

Changes / Reshoots

Allows for up to 4 hours working with stylist, photographer and retoucher for any re-shoots/ additional edits required 

4. Graphic templates

This includes a briefing session with one of our account managers. Based on your brief, our graphic designer will prepare:

  • 1 branded quote template for the Instagram feed
  • 1 branded quote template for Instagram stories
  • 1 image ‘frame’ template for the Instagram feed
  • 1 animated quote template for the Instagram feed

5. 1 month worth of content

Based on your social media strategy recommendations, Melbourne Social Co will prepare a month worth of social media content for you to post on selected channels. We’ll prepare:

Content Curation

  • Copywriting and curation of imagery and/or graphic design for 4 Facebook and Instagram posts per week (LinkedIn and Twitter can be included where relevant) over a 28 day period
  • Copywriting and graphic design for 3 Instagram stories per week over a 28 day period

Content Distribution

  • We’ll share a suite of hashtags that are relevant to your brand, target audience and objectives
  • We will recommend scheduling platforms so that your content can be planned in advance

Community Management

  • The preparation of a response matrix to empower your business to handle all social media communication in-house

6. Follow up consultation

Once you’ve shared your first months’ worth of content, we’ll check in for a follow up consultation to make sure you’re geared towards social media success.

This will be a virtual consulting session conducted with a senior member of Melbourne Social Co’s team via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.

Strategy: Consultation dates are subject to availability. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your social media strategy. The social media strategy is a 20-30 page document prepared by our team based on our knowledge, expertise and industry insights.

Social Media Content Pack: All of the creative items above include one round of changes.Your social media content will be prepared in two week batches, and your first batch will generally be supplied within 3-5 business days of your consultation. This is supply of content only and not distribution on social media. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your social media content pack

Photoshoot: dates are subject to availability. The images created by our team will become the property of your business and are for digital use only. We may share these images on our website and social media channels from time to time, crediting your business. Please let us know if you don’t want us to do so.

Graphics Pack: This pack includes one round of changes. Files are supplied as photoshop (psd) file types. We can generally turn around a first draft within 3-5 business days of the briefing session – subject to availability
