1. Membership and payments
1.1 Membership is billed monthly, on the date you joined, through Stripe.
1.2 You can cancel at any time by managing your account through the Stripe link in your welcome pack, or by emailing enquiries@melbournesocialco.com.au. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
1.3 Fees aren’t refunded for part of a billing period once it has started.
1.4 We may change our prices. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. Your current rate stays in place while your membership is active and uninterrupted.
1.5 You must be 18 or over to join, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What’s included
2.1 Your membership includes:
- one live group coaching call each month, running for 1 hour plus a 15-minute Q&A, with access to the recording
- a weekly trend report, delivered by email
- a digital library of resources
- access to a private member community hosted on WhatsApp.
2.2 We may update, add or remove resources and session formats to keep the Academy relevant and useful.
3. Coaching calls
3.1 Calls are run in a group format and cover the topics members request most.
3.2 You can submit questions before each call. We aim to cover as many as we can, but we can’t guarantee every question will be answered.
3.3 We record calls and share the recordings with members. By joining a call, you consent to being recorded.
3.4 Members must not record calls themselves or use AI note-taking tools in sessions.
3.5 Coaching is for educational purposes only. It isn’t personalised business, legal or financial advice.
4. Member community
4.1 The member community is a private WhatsApp group. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
4.2 Your phone number and WhatsApp profile will be visible to other members of the group.
4.3 By taking part, you agree to:
- be respectful, constructive and kind to other members
- keep discussions confidential, and not share other members’ business information or content outside the group
- not spam, pitch or self-promote without our permission.
4.4 We may remove anyone who doesn’t follow these guidelines from the community. If we do, we may also end their membership. Any fees already paid for the current period won’t be refunded, except where required by law.
4.5 When your membership ends, we’ll remove you from the WhatsApp group.

6.2 Funded memberships aren’t transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
6.3 At the end of the funded period, the membership ends. Recipients can choose to continue as paying members.
6.4 All other terms apply to Ambition Fund members.
