The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (3–5 years experience) who has worked across multiple brands — ideally within an agency environment.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing social strategies that align with brand, performance, and business objectives alongside the Head of Social Media, and will work closely with Account Managers, our Creative team, and our Paid Media team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategy & Planning
- Develop social media strategies aligned to broader marketing objectives
- Create detailed monthly content plans across multiple clients
- Translate brand positioning into clear, platform-native content direction
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, insights, and performance data
- Align organic strategy with paid amplification plans
Content Execution
- Write captions and content that are on-brand and platform-appropriate
- Oversee scheduling across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
- Brief creatives and production teams on social-first content requirements
- Ensure all content ladders into funnel objectives
Community & Performance
- Oversee community management tone and execution
- Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Present insights and recommendations in client reporting
- Work closely with Paid Media to ensure integration and cohesion
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Integrate with the Paid team for cohesive strategy
- Work alongside Creative and Production to bring strategy to life
- Proactively flag risks, improvements, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–5 years in social media management
- Experience working across multiple brands simultaneously
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience with global or large-scale brands highly regarded
- Strong understanding of paid + organic integration
Capability
- Strong strategic thinking (not just trend execution)
- Clear written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and performance literacy
- Confidence presenting ideas internally and to clients
