Yes. Enrolments are always open, and you’ll get access to the community and resource library as soon as you join.

Yes. Use the Stripe link in your welcome pack to manage your account and cancel whenever you like. If you get stuck, email us at enquiries@melbournesocialco.com.au. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

We don’t refund part-months once a billing period has started. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If it does, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. Your current rate stays in place while your membership is active and uninterrupted.
