The Role
You’ll own the end-to-end management of a portfolio of 4–5 client accounts. You’re the client’s daily go-to for strategy, execution, and troubleshooting, while mentoring junior Social Media Managers and liaising with our creative and operations teams.

Strategy & Onboarding

Shape custom social strategies for your clients

Lead kick-off calls and workshops for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process

Account Leadership
-
Serve as the primary liaison for your clients, building trust, proactively flagging risks, and driving continuous optimisation.

Brief and guide Social Media Managers, Content Creators & Community Managers on campaign deliverables.

Join pitch meetings when needed, contributing fresh ideas for new business.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

Oversee creative campaign workflows from concept to completion, ensuring every post, video, and paid ad is on-brand and on-brief.

Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports (monthly and quarterly) to clients and internal stakeholders.

Hands-On Content Creation

Film, edit, and produce native TikTok and Instagram Reels, sometimes starring as talent on camera.
- Prepare copy for social media content plans

Manage photoshoot prep and post-production in collaboration with our Production team.

Influencer & UGC Coordination

Strategise and execute influencer and UGC campaigns, managing budgets and liaising with our finance team.

Analyse results and identify growth opportunities across your clients’ social channels.

You’ll Have
-
3+ years’ agency experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years managing your own accounts.

Strong leadership skills, you can mentor junior team members and drive accountability.

Exceptional relationship-building, you pick up the phone, forge trust, and deliver top-tier service.

Strategic + Creative flair—you see the big picture and execute the details.

Tech-savvy toolkit: Slack, Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite (plus paid-social know-how).

A keen eye for detail and excellent time-management—you juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
