This is a pivotal senior leadership role within our business, perfect for someone who’s ready to shape client relationships, guide a talented team, and drive strategic excellence across the board.


What You’ll Be Doing

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Take ownership of a personal portfolio of up to 6 key clients, delivering standout service and strategic direction.

 Team Mentorship & Management

  • Be the first port of call for your client teams, resolving challenges, mentoring on best practice, and helping team members grow in their roles.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and ongoing improvement.

Reporting & Communication

  • Present monthly updates to the Head of Client Success, highlighting wins, challenges and opportunities across your portfolio.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to keep communication flowing between strategy, production and client servicing.

Social Strategy Oversight

  • Stay ahead of the curve when it comes to social trends, tools and platform changes.

  • Support the team to deliver work that is not only beautiful,but genuinely impactful.

Balance Big Picture Thinking + Hands-On Delivery

  • You’ll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles, getting involved in content ideation and storytelling to bring strategies to life.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading client accounts and having direct reports, in a social media or digital agency environment.
  • Natural leadership style, empathetic, solutions-focused and always thinking a few steps ahead.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of social strategy, platform best practices and audience engagement.
  • Clear, confident communication (with clients, team and senior leadership).
  • A proactive mindset, you know how to prioritise and get things done, even when it’s busy.
